From sign-up to your first pilgrims in six steps.
Create your account
Sign up in 2 minutes with your agency's basic details. You get an "Application received" email.
Upload your documents
Add your business registration, Hajj/Umrah licence, owner ID and an office photo in Agent Zone. They stay private.
We verify you
We check your documents within 2 working days and email you. You get the blue ✓ badge.
Choose a plan and pay
Pick Listed or Featured. Pay monthly by card (automatic) or by OPay or Nita transfer. Your agency goes live in the app.
Bring your pilgrims
Share your agent code and QR poster. Pilgrims find you, call or WhatsApp you, and you see every contact in your dashboard.
Stay listed
Card payments renew by themselves. For transfers, we remind you 7 days and 1 day before your date. Cancel any time.

Questions about pricing
How much does it cost?
Listed is $19.99 (₦30,000 · 12,000 CFA) per month and Featured is $39.99 (₦60,000 · 24,000 CFA) per month. Agencies in Nigeria and Niger can also pay in naira or CFA.
Do I need a PayPal account?
No. You can pay with any debit or credit card on the PayPal page. It renews automatically every month.
How do I cancel?
In Agent Zone → Pay / Renew, tap "Cancel monthly payment". You can also cancel in your PayPal account (Settings → Payments → Manage automatic payments). You stay listed until your paid-until date and you are not charged again.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. In Pay / Renew, subscribe to the other plan. We stop the old monthly payment for you.
How do transfers work?
Choose the plan and number of months, send the exact amount to the OPay or Nita account shown, then upload the receipt. We confirm it within 1 working day and email you.
What happens if I don't renew?
We remind you 7 days and 1 day before. After the date your listing is hidden from the app, but your profile is kept. Pay again any time to come back.
Can I get a refund?
If you were charged by mistake, contact us within 14 days and we will refund it. A month that has already started is not refunded.
When do pilgrims see my agency?
After we verify your documents and your plan is paid. Featured agencies appear first in their country.
